I got completely obsessed 5 years ago with saving money and ended up making my very own solar panels and then I took a go at making a magnetic generator.

Off grid solar power has been one of the best options in having a renewable energy source that is sot effective and efficient. This site is dedicated to off grid living I've researched and a few guides I strongly recommend you get, when you start your own home project. It's actually not hard at all and can be good fun when you know what your doing! You'll be living off grid sooner than you realise.

My next goal is to make a wind turbine and have my house run completely on its own and even get money back from the electric company for making too much power at home. Thats called "off grid living" and why more people don't live off grid just amazes me.

The hardest choice you now have to make is what way do you want to start living off grid? There are 3 routes to off grid living.

If your going for DIY SOLAR POWER

• Then you'll need to know how to install solar panels 
• How to make the solar cells 
• How to mount solar panels on brackets 
• Whether to buy an RV solar kit or not 
• DIY solar kit and then install yourself? 
• Oh and a want to get living off grid! dont just talk about it.... do it!

Where can I get the parts needed?

You'll find that alot of materials you'll think about buying are actually on eBay here but be very careful you don't but any cheap solar cells manufactured in China.These cells are of very poor quality and will not provide enough power to boil an egg! They seem a bargain and at a very good price but beware you have been warned!

MAGNETIC POWER

• Obviously know how to build a magnetic generator 
• Find somewhere to store your magnet generator! 
• Maintain and repair your magnet generator 
• Again you'll need a good guide for installing a magnetic generator 
• Where to buys parts for a magnetic generator? Easy... 

This guide Magniwork, will show you everything you need to know, I have some good info on here but these guys know there stuff! Have this guide myself and its fantastic, its all inside tips and secrets were not suppose to know about creating power at home with magnets! I tried getting free torrents for this product but in the end I had to buy it, well worth it anyway. I'd honestly go to any lengths to live off grid but piracy isn't the way to start.

FREE WIND POWER

• You'll need a good wind site at home 
• DIY wind Generator plans 
• Understand all the wind generator parts 
• Get a wind turbine alternator 
• Then just a guide on how to build your own windmill 

I can recommend this one called Windplans, I'm reading this one now and I've found it has everything I need, and its very cheap considering how much work was put into it.

When buying a home diy windmill you need to know alot more than you think, first off your going to need to understand what parts are needed and then go and source them. Many people start out off grid living just like this. Once you've done this though, wind power is by far the best and you WILL see huge power savings $$$

Don't know How To Start Off Grid Living? Well This Is A GREAT Choice To Get Living Off Grid

Then try the GreenEcoClub its 9 books for the price of one and I think it has a members area too to ask questions. I didn't get this because I have the other ones but if I were starting out again, I'd consider this one.
